This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to www.tampaplumber.net and to enquiries you make to Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC.

Information we collect

When you call us. Your phone number is visible to us, as it would be on any phone call. If you go on to book work we will record your name, address, contact details and details of the job, because we cannot carry out or invoice work without them.

When you email us. Whatever you put in the email, including your email address.

When you browse this site. This website has no contact form and does not ask you to enter any personal information. We do use analytics, described below.

Analytics and session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Clarity collects usage data through cookies and similar technologies, and it records aspects of browsing behavior including pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. This produces heatmaps and session replays that show how people navigate the site.

We use this to find pages that are confusing or broken. We do not use it to identify individuals, and we have no interest in doing so. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and you can opt out of Clarity through Microsoft's own controls.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you load a page.

What we do not do

• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not ask for payment details through this website.

How long we keep things

Job records, invoices and related correspondence are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Microsoft Clarity's own retention periods.

Sharing

We share information only where it is necessary to do the work or run the business: with suppliers where a part has to be ordered, with permitting authorities where a job requires a permit, with a financing provider where you have applied for financing, and with our accountants and insurers. Each receives only what is needed.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your choices
